TO RETRIEVE YOUR VEHICLE

VEHICLES WILL ONLY BE RELEASED DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS 

Form of payment accepted will be CASH only for these transactions.

We will only release the vehicle to the registered owner.  Must have proof of registration and proper identification. 

If the registered owner is not able to pick up vehicle in person, we need a notorized letter from the registered owner giving permission for a representative to pick up the vehicle.  The letter must include registered owner's name, address, phone number to be reached at, drivers license #, vehicle description including vin #, person picking vehicle up including name, address, phone number and they must have proper identification and a copy of the title or registration.

PERSONAL PROPERTY RELEASE

We will only release personal property to the registered owner.   Must have proof of registration and proper identification.

If the registered owner is sending a representative to collect personal property, the same process as above, a notorized letter and proper identification must be presented.

Definition of terms:

Proper identification is valid drivers license.

Proof of ownership is the title or current regisration.

VIN# is vehicle identification number consisting of 17 digits

Personal Property according to Wisconsin is "all property within the vehicle which is not mounted, attached or affixed to the vehicle." Removal items include CDs, umbrellas, clothes, garage door openers, groceries, etc.  Items that cannot be removed license plates, battery, tires, radio, etc.

Please call office during regular business hours to make arrangements for vehicle release and form of payment is to be cash only.
